Test-site privacy notice

Frey Synexis Limited is the data controller for this site's account, listing, quote, moderation and support information. Our registered-office and registration details are on the company-information page. Contact support@frey-consulting.eu about your data.

The site currently contains test activity, not live opportunities. Your sign-in email, technical connection information and messages to support may still identify you. Use fictional job details and do not upload other people's personal information.

• Accounts: email, authentication records, account type and profile details support registration, sign-in, recovery and the account service you request. The basis is performance of that service agreement.
• Test workflows: the brief, area, dates, budget, optional site/contact fields, fleet details and quote terms you enter let you try posting, review and selection. The basis is providing the requested test-site service.
• Safety and support: reports, review notes, publication-usage records and correspondence help investigate problems, prevent misuse and keep decisions attributable. We rely on legitimate interests in operating a reliable, secure service and handling complaints.
• Technical operation: hosting and authentication services process connection, device, request and error information to deliver and protect the site. Necessary security and troubleshooting processing serves our legitimate interests.
• Legal requests: information may be processed where necessary to meet an applicable legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

An email and password are needed for this account flow. Optional profile fields are not required just to browse public teasers. Without the details required by a particular test workflow, that workflow may not be available. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing.

• Published titles, summaries, categories, broad areas, dates, budgets and statuses are public. Do not put confidential details in these fields.
• Registered members can read the permitted published brief and business-profile fields. Self-entered profile information is not verified by registration.
• Drafts and review submissions are limited to the owner and authorised founder review. Quote terms are available to the quote author and listing owner, not competing providers.
• Exact site and contact fields are available to the owner and, after an award, the selected provider. Restriction pauses the selected provider's access; it cannot undo information already received.
• Listing reports and moderation records are handled in the restricted founder workflow. Relevant review feedback or restriction reasons may be shown to the listing owner; do not include unnecessary personal information.

The site uses Lovable hosting and Lovable Cloud's Supabase-based database and authentication, plus transactional-email infrastructure for account messages. Support correspondence passes through our email provider. Authorised development and support access can involve inspecting records when necessary to resolve an issue.

If you connect an external AI/MCP client, that provider can receive data returned through the permissions of your account. Read its privacy terms before connecting it. This site does not promise that an external provider retains or uses data in the same way we do.

Infrastructure suppliers may process data outside the EEA. The project-specific hosting region, supplier retention settings and applicable transfer arrangements are being checked before a live pilot; we do not claim that all processing stays in Ireland or the EU. The sign-in session is persisted in browser storage so that you can remain signed in. Signing out clears the app's private account state. Hosting, authentication and error reporting can also generate technical logs. This notice is not a claim that the host collects no usage information. No advertising-pixel integration is configured in the application source reviewed for this release.

Page fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when loading them. See Google Fonts information.

There is currently no self-service account deletion or automatic expiry job for test records. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion. Requests require manual review, including checking your identity and any effect on linked records.

Retention is assessed by the need to provide the account service, resolve an open support or moderation matter, protect against abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Publication usage and audit history are separate from deletable listing content; deleting a listing does not automatically erase those records or restore its posting allowance. This does not justify keeping every field indefinitely. Supplier backup/log retention and the live-pilot retention schedule remain under review; no fixed deletion deadline is promised here.

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission. Founder moderation is a human decision. The site does not make automated eligibility, credit or credential-verification decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
