Frey Synexis Limited is the data controller for this site's account, listing, quote, moderation and support information. Our registered-office and registration details are on the company-information page. Contact support@frey-consulting.eu about your data.

The site operates as a live mission marketplace. Your sign-in email, technical connection information, marketplace activity and messages to support may identify you. Only submit information you are authorised to provide, and avoid unnecessary personal or confidential details.

• Accounts: email, authentication records, account type and profile details support registration, sign-in, recovery and the account service you request. The basis is performance of that service agreement.
• Marketplace workflows: the brief, area, dates, budget, optional site/contact fields, fleet details and quote terms you enter support posting, review, quoting and provider selection. The basis is providing the requested marketplace service.
• Safety and support: reports, review notes, publication-usage records and correspondence help investigate problems, prevent misuse and keep decisions attributable. We rely on legitimate interests in operating a reliable, secure service and handling complaints.
• Product feedback: voluntary feedback, originating page context, signed-in account identity and optional contact details are used to understand product problems and improve the marketplace. Contact details are stored only when follow-up is allowed. We rely on legitimate interests for product improvement and on consent for optional follow-up contact.
• Site analytics, behaviour and conversion measurement: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Google Ads conversion measurement are loaded only after you choose to accept measurement. They are used to understand visits, how people interact with the site and whether advertising leads to completed actions such as registration or a paid subscription. Measurement can involve page and interaction events, browser and device information, technical connection information, approximate location derived from network information and online identifiers handled by the relevant measurement provider. Microsoft Clarity can capture interaction information such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, page layout and DOM changes for behavioural analytics, heatmaps and session playback. Privacy-sensitive fields are intended to be masked by Clarity rather than recorded as their entered text. We do not enable ad personalisation through this site's measurement setup. We rely on your consent for this optional processing where consent is required. Refusing measurement does not prevent you from using the marketplace.
• Technical operation: hosting and authentication services process connection, device, request and error information to deliver and protect the site. Necessary security and troubleshooting processing serves our legitimate interests.
• Legal requests: information may be processed where necessary to meet an applicable legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

An email and password are needed for this account flow. Optional profile fields are not required just to browse public teasers. Without the details required by a particular feature, that feature may not be available. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing.

• Published titles, summaries, categories, broad areas, dates, budgets and statuses are public. Do not put confidential details in these fields.
• Registered members can read the permitted published brief and business-profile fields. Self-entered profile information is not verified by registration.
• Drafts and review submissions are limited to the owner and authorised Marketplace review. Quote terms are available to the quote author and listing owner, not competing providers.
• Exact site and contact fields are available to the owner and, after an award, the selected provider. Restriction pauses the selected provider's access; it cannot undo information already received.
• Product feedback is stored privately for authorised Founder review. It is not published on mission pages, provider profiles or search indexes. Optional contact details are shown only where follow-up permission was provided.
• Listing reports and moderation records are handled in the restricted marketplace workflow. Relevant review feedback or restriction reasons may be shown to the listing owner; do not include unnecessary personal information.

The site uses Lovable hosting and Lovable Cloud's Supabase-based database and authentication, transactional-email infrastructure for account messages, and, where you enable measurement, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement and Microsoft Clarity for site, advertising and behavioural measurement. Support correspondence passes through our email provider. Authorised development and support access can involve inspecting records when necessary to resolve an issue.

Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement are provided by Google. Microsoft Clarity is provided by Microsoft. If you enable measurement, your browser can connect directly to these providers and send measurement and technical information to them. They may process this information on infrastructure outside Ireland or the EEA. Infrastructure suppliers may process data outside the EEA. The project-specific hosting region, supplier retention settings and applicable transfer arrangements remain under review; we do not claim that all processing stays in Ireland or the EU. The sign-in session is persisted in browser storage so that you can remain signed in. Signing out clears the app's private account state. Hosting, authentication and error reporting can also generate technical logs. This notice is not a claim that the host collects no usage information.

Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement and Microsoft Clarity are off by default on this site. Their measurement scripts are not loaded unless you choose "Accept measurement". Your measurement choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. If you reject measurement, these optional measurement scripts remain disabled. You can reopen Privacy settings from the site footer at any time and change your choice.

When Microsoft Clarity is enabled, the site sends a consent signal allowing analytics storage while denying advertising storage. Clarity can then use cookies and other browser identifiers for its analytics features in accordance with that consent signal. The site does not use Clarity's advertising-storage permission.

If you accept measurement and complete registration, the site can send the configured Google Ads signup conversion event. If you complete a live paid provider subscription, the site can also send the configured Google Ads subscription conversion event after the server verifies the completed Stripe checkout session belongs to your signed-in account. Local browser markers are used to avoid reporting the same signup or checkout-session conversion repeatedly. These conversion events do not include your email address or account profile fields.

If you withdraw measurement consent after previously accepting it, the site stops future Google measurement activity for the current browser session, removes the loaded Google tag and attempts to delete accessible Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement cookies. It also sends Microsoft Clarity denied analytics and advertising-storage signals, requests Clarity cookie erasure and removes the Clarity script element. Withdrawal cannot undo measurement information already transmitted before consent was withdrawn, and browser or third-party storage behaviour may vary.

Page fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when loading them. See Google Fonts information.

There is currently no self-service account deletion or automatic expiry job for account and marketplace records. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion. Requests require manual review, including checking your identity and any effect on linked records.

Retention is assessed by the need to provide the account service, resolve an open support or moderation matter, protect against abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Publication usage and audit history are separate from deletable listing content; deleting a listing does not automatically erase those records or restore its posting allowance. This does not justify keeping every field indefinitely. Supplier backup/log retention and the service retention schedule remain under review; no fixed deletion deadline is promised here.

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission. Marketplace moderation is a human decision. The site does not make automated eligibility, credit or credential-verification decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
