Include the page or listing link, what happened and the outcome you need. Do not send passwords, sign-in links, identity documents or confidential site information. If further information is necessary, we will explain what is needed.

Requests are handled manually by the founder. There is no live chat, emergency monitoring or guaranteed response time. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.

Signed-in members can use Report listing on a published mission. If you cannot sign in, email the listing link and your concern. Reports are reviewed by the founder; sending a report does not automatically remove a listing.

If your listing is restricted or needs correction after publication, contact the same address with the listing link and your explanation. The founder can review the decision; approval does not certify a provider or authorise a flight.
